How do you read books?

Hi there! New to these forums and to the game! Been playing baldur's gate 2 enhanced edition, and have spent ages trying to work out/find out how to read the books that I've picked up, I can't seem to be able to do it. Any help?

    Left Click them, the text is on their descriptions. There isn't a feature to really read them, a request has been made some time before, but it won't be implemented if not as a mod.
