Rasaad & Neera question

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
so i just finished rasaad's quest and he said he's leaving to oversee the twofold reconstruction, so is he gone for good until throne of bhaal or he can come back?

also, will neera also left when i finish her quest?

    Can't recall exactly what happens, but she certainly doesn't just decide to leave. Might be that she asks if she can stay in the group. In any case the decision will be yours.

    Neera will stay with you regardless I think, providing you let her.

    Rasaad will stay or leave depending on dialogue choices. I believe if he does leave to aid the two fold trust he is indeed gone until TOB
