Can't open game with Steam?

in General Discussion (Spoiler Warning!)
When I click play nothing happens. But when I go to the game folder and try to open it there I get an error message saying OpenAL32.dll Is missing. Any idea how to fix this?

Just in case it matters I have no mods or anything.
