[BG1] BUG - Garrick plays the wrong soundfile when expressing heavy disapproval

Problem: When the party's reputation drops to low levels Garrick is supposed to have a soundset saying: "I can't stand by and just let this happen." instead a soundfile saying what I think is "What's your tale?" is played with a female voice.

Expected: Garrick plays the correct soundset which is GARRK06.wav

NOTE: The correct text appears in the battle log. We just need the correct soundset.
