    There isn't just one EFF file used by the old ones. With the original items they each used seperate EFF files for each creature type that damage was being done to (even though they were all adding the same amount of damage). Anyways, the mod works and there isn't any harm in adding one extra file to the game. So I'm not too concerned about it.

    Also SW1H63.EFF didn't exist when this mod was created.

    It's a shame that your view on the discrepancy wasn't taken into account when patching the game. Changing the description when it's a perfectly fixable behavior like you demonstrated with your mod was lame.
