Non-warrior two weapon proficiency

I started a few characters in the Black Pits 2 to get a feel for them. I noticed with the Blade and the Swashbuckler, with 3 pips in Two Weapons, the penalties were 0 in main hand, -6 in off-hand. The Stalker in the same group recieved the correct penalties of 0 main hand, -2 off-hand. Is this a bug, either on just my iPad or in general? I'm under the impression that all classes, even non-warrior, get the same penalties with the same pips in Two Weapons.

    Quick question: Are you sure the blade and swash are proficient with the weapon in their offhand? Using a weapon you are not proficient with would account for the extra -4 penalty.

    I'll double check as soon as I get back on it tonight.

    Yes, I have at least proficiency in all cases.

    If that's the case, this sounds like a bug.

    Edit: nvrmind could be an Ipad only bug as I'm not able to repeat it on PC.

    @Elminster, that's good that you can't replicate it on PC. I'll look into how to delete the app, all of it's remnants, and then re-install. If I can still reproduce it, I'll file a bug report. Incidentally, this doesn't hurt my gameplay either way because I prefer single weapon and it's -2 AC. Thanks for the replies all.

    To delete an app, simply tap and hold down until all of the icons start jiggling. There should be a little x that appears on the top left corner of the app. Click that, and boom! App is gone.
