Videos stutter on samsung galaxy tab 3 10.1

Unfortunately all videos/cutscenes stutter on my tablet and are kinda unwatchable with about 1 frame every 5 seconds. Otherwise the game seems to run fine so far. Any ideas?

    This is a know problem and they are working on a fix. The issue seems to be that some devices can't playback the high res videos well. They plan on dropping the res down to 420p to fix the issue.
