Tutorial: Imoen has a dagger but no dagger proficiency

Not a bug per se, but worth changing. In the tutorial, Imoen (ttimoen.cre) spawns with a dagger in her hand (ttdagg1.itm), even though she has no dagger proficiency. Therefore, she cannot use that dagger without penalty. This is likely an oversight from vanilla BG2 because in the original tutorial, Imoen had the "small swords" proficiency for the dagger.

Imoen currently has one point in long swords, short swords, clubs, quarterstaves, and short bows. I vote for giving her a short sword (an unbreakable one, mind you) instead of the dagger.
