Turn Undead 2DA file?

I kept noticing that my cleric can turn all the undead except the skeleton warriors (I'm level 25, so I'm way above the required level for skeleton warriors which is 16)

I went to NearInfinity to edit but I can't locate the 2da file for turning undeads...can anyone point me in the right direction? And is anyone else having this same problem?

    Turn Undead is hardcoded.

    Bear in mind undead can be unturnable. I don't think that is the case with vanilla Skeleton Warriors, but it might be the case if you are using mods.
