Can saves be available in the cloud for cross-platform playing?

I already bought the Windows version, but I'm hesitant to buy the droid version for my tablet. I don't want to have 2 separate games at the same time, but I would love the ability to continue my game no matter what device I'm on.

If this isn't something that will be implemented out of the box, maybe this is a better topic for the modding section.
