Just how difficult would this be to implement?
I'm not talking about 50 hotbars like in WoW, but just 1, with maybe 8-9 slots.
Something like in the pic at the end of the post.
Heck, it wouldn't even need to have the NWN2 drag'n'drop functionality.
I'd kill for the chance to actually place my 10 most-used spells on a single bar.
Also, would this be impossible to mod? Is it hardcoded into the game?
If so, why didn't the devs update it when they were working on the EE?
