Is anybody good with photo shop?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
The dude pictured below, I would like to see him orcified. Can anybody give him a nose job and insert some lower tusks? Basically, just kind of needs the nostrils moved up and I guess remove some of the bridge of the nose. He's just begging for some lower tusks, the jaw is already perfect for it. I can never find a GOOD fighter/thief half-orc portrait.

    There are three people in that picture. But you said he so I can guess. Btw this pic is not big enough to do anything with.

    We both know it is. I do the bad portraits. You want something worthwhile, talk to @Isandir‌(who has unfortunately been quite busy recently) but I'm your guy for a *ahem* stylized portraits.
