Crash after map load on Sony Xperia Z Phone

in Android (Archive)
directly after the map is shown (no characters are displayed) the game chrashes on Sony Xperia Z Phone.

The descrpition in google play store says it requires a 5" Display. The Xperia Z has a 5" screen and enough hardware power.

Will there be a fix soon?
How can i get my money back? the GooglePlay 15 minutes to refund were gone bevore the game was installed.
