Is their a mod that gives the game characters (NPC'S) more dialogue when you click on them? right now when I click on their portraits, all they say are the same three lines over and over again.

    No, not really. That would require voice work, and obviously, hiring the original actors for BG/BG2 to work on a mod would be very expensive. And there are very few people in the world who could mimic the actors well enough for it to work seamlessly.

    In BG2, they get around five lines to parry at you rather then three, though?
