Can someone help a tech idiot with a problem? Tried modding, and now it doesn't work

Hey there!

So yea, as topic says I screwed up. I tried to download some new portraits, and found out AFTER I downloaded this mod it doesn't work.

The link shows steps how to fix it, but I do know what I am doing well enough to do....that. Is there an easy way to fix this and/or get rid of this patch to make the game work again? Any help would be appreciated about now!

    You just have to drop all the portraits in Documents/Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition/Portraits, but delete the .sql file from there.
