Any comments or dire warnings about my mod choices or install order are welcome.

I also use EEKeeper and DLTCEP liberally to modify characters, items and spells that I want to change. For example I changed Neera to a multi-class fighter/mage with EEKeeper, because I hate wild mages, but I think Neera is a cute character. I do this with some other characters too, like changing Mazzy and Anomen to a cleric/ranger multi. I have yet to see any problems with changing the classes of player controlled characters, except for making their unique items unusable, which is easily fixed with DLTCEP. I used DLTCEP to modify a small number of spells to be like they are in the Spell Revisions mod without actually installing all of Spell Revisions, because I don't agree with all of the SR changes, and SR is only partially compatible with BG2:EE.

So far, I have finished Chateau Irenicus, the easy Athkatla quests (slavers, tanner murders, Tirdir, etc), Nalia's Keep, Umar Hills/Temple ruins and Trademeet/Druid grove without any problems. Most of the NPC quests are also done or nearly done. I have seen only a few bugs, and while the bugs so far haven't been game or quest breaking, they are enough to make me a little nervous that I will be able to finish without major problems.

1) Some enemies fail morale and panic immediately upon spawning. This happens regularly with certain undead like shadows and wraiths, but I have seen it with other enemy types too. The panic clears after only a second or two, so it doesn't affect combat much, but it is very odd.

2) The Tarnor/Draug Fea group in the sewers failed to go hostile after I refused to pay them. This was easily remedied by shooting a single arrow at Tarnor, but still a little worrisome.

3) Dorn respawns after killing him, but this is apparently a known bug with BG2:EE. The respawns can not be interacted with.

4) The hell hound burning effect became permanent on my main and Neera after the ambush at the start of the Unseeing Eye dungeon. I had to use EEKeeper to remove the effect. This is almost certainly an EE compatibility problem with one of the mods. Evidently, certain options for setting up effects that worked in the original BG2 cause big problems with BG2:EE. I can probably expect to see this a few more times as the game progresses.

I'll post a few updates as the game progresses and we'll see if I am able to finish without a game stopping bug.
