Fighter/Mage Multi or Rogue Rebalancing Blade?

I've read the many debates regarding the Fighter/Mage and the Blade in terms of raw power. But for those that have tried and use the rogue rebalancing mod, I am curious if the changes to bards in general (especially the Blade) tip the scale in their favour? Especially if you take into account the excellent HLA's for bard's in this mod. Non of which, by the way, I have tried.

So I was hoping to get some opinions on the power of Bards/Blades in the Rogue Rebalancing mod (are the HLA's over the top, for example, or are they right on target), and how it stacks up against a Fighter/Mage multi.

    In my opinion, the Rogue Rebalancing actually nerfs the Blade. The Weapon Display ability is rubbish, and they can't get the Enhanced Bard Song HLA which was terribly good with the use of Mislead.

    And finally, they replaced the Time Stop Trap with something else, which was so powerful because you could stack them.

    Now the Blade is a flavor character, a charismatic dual wielder who can sing and cast a few spells, but don't expect him to hit often in melee nor to be able to blow up the sun with his spellcasting, the F/M is, from a powergaming point of view, far superior.

    The only thing good for him is the Whirlwind Attack ability, but it isn't the Greater Whirlwind Attack, so -4 THAC0 and damage to a character with already very poor THAC0 and not a lot of damage, he will struggle to hit anything in melee.
