Fighter/Mage can't scribe scrolls to spell ok any more.

Fighter/Mage can't scribe scrolls to spell ok any more. I wanted to scribe time stop in my spellbook but it didn't give me the option so I erased one of the 9th level spells from my spell book assuming it was full. But even after deleting the spells from my spell book it still won't let me write Timestop toy spell book. My protagonist is level 22 fighter and level 19 Mage. Please any advice would be great.

    Your intelligence has to be 18 or higher for you to learn level 9 spells. Get a potion of genius or a potion of mind focusing (found in temples) and that likely will be enough.
