[mod help request] Stalker kit backstab

Greetings
Can anyone tell me how create simple BG EE 1-2 tweak, to allow ranger's Stalker kit backstabbing be uses with all ranger class weapons variety? I'd like to go whale BGEE 1-2 series with this kit tweak. I remember a long time ago in some versions of BG1 this feature worked, it was very fun backstabbing with 2 handed weapons.
I myself do not really figured out in which program i can edit this changes, so ask for help.
