Watchers keep not showing on World map

I'm not seeing watcher's keep on my world map. First time I encountered this bug. Here's the save if anyone wants to take a gander.

Its a known issue. The easiest way is to just console yourself there. It has been fixed internally so it should be in patch 1.3.

Use these instructions to enable the console if it isn't enabled.

Then once its enabled select everyone in your party, hit ctrl+space, and type in the following (exactly how it is written).
