Polymorph self hasted or not hasted

I recently took a wild mage thru bgee and into bg2ee and with the polymorph self spell upon transormation I noticed in bg 1 my mages movement was hasted, however in bg2ee this is not the case. Anybody else experiencing this, or is it simply a bug in my game?

    Yes there is a difference with some of the forms. For instance I think the ogre form is hasted in BG2EE but isn't hasted in BGEE.
