Sth new i guess - BG2EE graphic problem

So, i've tried the .ini solution, compatibility ones, nvidia 3d settings, 16bit colors and changing the DPI. Nothing makes it for me. Updated the drivers of course.
Windows 7, geforce gtx 660
Looks like this, any ideas?

Sorry if this is not anything new, couldnt find the exact same problem on forums

Edit: I also bought bg:ee and got no problems with it
Edit2: It's sth with 1.2.2030, everything is fine at 1.2
