16+ Wisdom for Necromancers?

Hello, just went into something that confused me a lot: I wanted to roll up a Necromancer and noticed that I can't go under 16 Wisdom, but shouldn't it be Intelligence instead ...? And yes, I did doublecheck multiple times if I didn't read it wrong.
The only mod I have installed is the BG1 NPC Project.

    Specialist Wizards require a 15 or 16 in a stat other than Intelligence. For example, Illusionists require a 16 Dex, Invokers require a 16 Con and Necromancers require a 16 Wisdom.

    With greater power comes greater stat requirements.
