If I implement BG2 Fixpack, will the Jaheira romance be bug-free?

Actually, I already installed but I'm replaying BG1 up to the point where I quit (Baldur's Gate if you're curious; ironic, isn't it?) and plan to carry over to BG2, both are the original games. I heard the enhanced edition fixed it, but for the reason of never really playing BG2, I got the original.

If the mod doesn't fix it, which one does? And if none does, can I carry over my BG1: The Original Saga to the BG2: Enhanced edition?
