Crazy Celvan and the new NPCs

I'm sure you guys have seen Crazy Celvan (the guy in the docks on top of Mae'var's guildhall) and heard his limericks regarding Aerie, Keldorn, Anomen...etc. But does he say anything about the new NPCs (Including Wilson)?

Response: A new Neera? Better than being an old and decrepit Neera, I suppose. But what do you mean about lessons unlearned?

Dorn:

Though he strains under constant demand.
With a choice to make
And his world at stake,
With whom shall the half-orc stand?"

Response: What nonsense is this? I'll hear no more of it!

Hexxat:

A woman trapped hundreds of years,
Awake and aware with mind's eyes and ears,
The darkness her friend,
Till the bitter end,
An end she no longer fears.

Response: I've heard worse poetry in my time.

Celvan has nothing for Wilson.

There are a few more NPCs for whom Crazy Celvan sings some verses, but there is none for Wilson, as far as I know, in the original game. Unless you install a mod (if there is one for that), Crazy Celvan doesn't appear interested in a sophisticated bear.

I have no personal experience with this, but from what I've read there is no mention of any unique interaction between Clara and Crazy Celvan.

Thinking of Crazy Celvan (although drifting the topic slightly), in my current run my party met him in Spellhold. Well okay, he's a natural there because he's crazy, but I've never seen him there before. Is that a new feature, or have I merely never previously noticed him in Spellhold?

What happened was that we were teleported outside by Saemon after the fight with Irenicus, but then went back inside to finish looting the ground level ... and there was Crazy Celvan, standing in the entrance hall. For some reason he turned hostile, so we killed him ... no rep penalty, BTW.
