BG2EE: Wild Mage artifact

I could swear that somewhere in this forum, or possibly in an item list in one of the major walkthroughs, I saw an item listed, an amulet or a headpiece or a ring, less probably a cloak, that appeared to assist a Wild Mage with control. This was a dedicated Wild Mage item, other than Adoy's belt (which really isn't that much help if the WM has a few levels and is using Chaos Shield).
I have searched and searched to find the item again, and I cannot.
Does anyone here know aught of this??

Does anyone have anything to add?
