cannot find neera - am i too far along?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I just purchased (playing on android) but have already done nashkel mines, gnoll stronghold. Beregost has been fully explored and trodden upon thoroughly before purchase. Now gone back to beregost, do not see her.

Do i have to start a new game? Was thinking maybe i am too far along for her quest or something.

    Yup, next thing i tried resolved it. I left beregost (i was there when purchased) and also fully exited the app. She showed up when i came back.
