Hexxat Romance Stuck

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
I didn't realize that Hexxat's romance was bugged and so got all the way to Chapter 6 before I realized something was wrong. I used the CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("HexxatLovetalksTimer","GLOBAL",1) command to get things started and incremented time using C:AdvanceRealTime(50000), but after about 6 or so conversations we stalled out again. When I use GetGlobal("HexxatLovetalks","GLOBAL") it's set to 17, but multiple time advances, resting, area changed and even evicting her from my party do nothing to move past that. Does anyone have anything else that they recommend I try or should I just move on to ToB and pick it up from there? Will it pick up from there? I know there was one conversation that had to happen in a forested area, but I've moved past that one. Any suggestions would be welcome.

    Hmm, I wondered if there was a time requirement. I'll give that a shot, thanks a lot.
