My friend and I have been having some problems getting a multiplayer game working on BGEE because he was running the newer 1.3 patch on his MAC (from the app store) and I the outdated 1.2 on my PC.

We both have the beamdog version on our respective rigs. My question ~ will our troubles be over now?

    You need the same version for it to work

    Thanks. After some tinkering and some very long loading times we finally got a game going cross platform! :)
