Neera Romance Question

in Baldur's Gate II: Enhanced Edition
Low Spoiler Answer, if you can.
I know Edwin isn't an option at all, but is there any other factors that could lead to Neera's Romance Failing (Alignment? Reputation? Having Dorn in your Party?)
Because I'm going through the saga as a CN Dragon Disciple, and I probably will have Neera AND Dorn in the party.
Rep can be fixed, but I was wandering if having Dorn in the party effects Neera's Romance at all.

    No it does not in my first playtrough I had all the new npc with me and they do not affect each other in their romance in their quest and also she is neutral she can get along with everybody. But Dorn may wanna have a romance with you or better said a prison romance.
