Sling of Everard +5 - missing bonus attacks per round in description?

I think there is a missing reference in WASLING (Sling of Everard +5) of bouns attack per round. NI shows it's there, but description shows nothing of it. Could someone confirm if this is a bug?

    It sets APR to 1 like other slings; it doesn't give you a bonus.
