Do old BG2 Item Packs work on EE unless stated so ?

Namely BOM Item pack (http://www.sorcerers.net/Games/BG2/index_mods_hosted_items_spells.php)
.. and few others ?
Cause i checked compatible mod list here and could find any item pack listed there.
