Is he supposed to drop loot aside from body parts belonging to Kangaxx? My game bugged out and somehow a my raging Minsc managed to not be affected by the lich's time stop spell.

    nope - just the arms and legs.

    Were you using berserk on minsc when he cast time stop? Not 100% sure but it could be the reason he wasn't affected by it.
