Haer'Dalis quest help

Back in Chapter 2, I completed the "rescue Haer'Dalis" quest. But I didn't want to go through the portal yet. I forgot about the quest and now I'm in Chapter 6. I went back to the inn basement but there was no portal and there was no one there.

I used the console to spawn Haer'Dalis and he talked to me and said "Be on the wary, my raven. Anything could come through the conduits and endanger us all." I spawned Raelis and she didn't have anything to say. Is there anything I can do with the console to fix this and proceed with the quest? There is nothing in my journal about it, except for the original quest in "done quests".

    How about clua consoleing yourself to the planar prison?

    I tried that, but it didn't update my journal and I wasn't put at the proper entrance room.
