Monk paperdoll model?

I was wondering...would it be possible to edit the current male monk "paperdoll" model (or whatever it is called) that shows on your inventory screen? The thing is I love the monk and would like to try him out for once but I simply HATE his hairstyle...I don't know for what reason they decided to give a monk such ridiculous hairstyle...I mean he looks like a real life Franciscan monk which is completely anachronistic and wrong...it also looks ugly and inconsistent since the in-game model has normal hair. He should have a normal hair just like the in-game model or "paperdoll".

So to reiterate...would it be possible to make a minor tweak and fix his hair? Maybe editing a file so you can just simply put it in the override folder or something?

Edit:
Nvm - I looked around and found a few tools and managed to fix it myself! :)

Finally my monk doesn't look like he is styling that ugly roman tonsure haircut...if someone wants I can upload the file here...it's a really minor minor tweak, you just put it in your override folder. It only modifies the appearance (hairstyle) of the paperdoll model in the inventory tab. ;)

not sure if it would work for vanilla game but I presume it would...if any1 is still playing those.

No, it would not work for the original vanilla game.
Yes, some people, including me, are still playing those :)

It may work also on the original game if 1PP is installed, but I haven't tried. On the original game without 1PP, you'll have to edit CHMM1INV.PLT instead. See also here.

Ahh...I figured. Also as far as I can remember the monk inventory paperdoll model was quite different in vanilla compared to the one in both EE's. In any case I made this one playing and having in mind the EE versions anyway. Cheers. ;)

Yes, unless you install 1PP, in which case it is the same paperdoll as the EE's:

Sorry to bother you, but you seem to know: what if I wanted to replace all of the monks animations with thief animations (i.e. the paper doll and the in game avatar. Is that possible?

Assuming that you want to do that in BG(n):EE, or the original games with 1PP, you'll have to extract all the thief bams (eg. the ones starting with CHMT1) in override and rename them as the monk ones (they start with CHMM1).
