Tab doesn't function when mouse hovers over the sides

Hover the mouse over the GUI elements displayed on the left or right side of the screen and the Tab function disables. Tab works fine when scrolling the camera up/down though.

Would be great to have it always work regardless of direction you're scrolling the screen via the mouse.

    Er ... wasn't it always that way, @Franpa‌? So far as I recall, you've always had to have the cursor within the playing area for [TAB] to work. Thus I think this is a feature request, not a bug.

    Indeed; this is no different from how it was in vanilla BGII. Moving to Feature Requests.
