Charm Animal fixes

1) Allow the Ranger Charm Animal attempt to resolve once before the first animal attack, at least as long as the attempt was begun/directed before the animal was within attack reach. If the first attempt fails, then fine, you're liable to receive a swipe before you manage to try again.
2) Allow a simple way to just send a Charmed animal away, if the charm hasn't worn off yet, so that you are not always in the position of ultimately having to kill the dumb beast anyway. What an UN-Ranger/Druid thing to have to do.
Those two fixes would make the Charm Animal ability/spell much more useful/playable.
PS - Also - allow a small XP credit to the character for successful use of the Charm Animal ability, similar to the awards for picking locks and disarming traps.
