Nalia abducted bug

Hello
Nalia got abducted, but they guy who shows up to give me the lead never came.
I've checked the docks for Barg, but he isn't there. I've killed Officer Dirth (withog the dialog, just killed him) for one piece of the evidence. I can't get inside Isaes Roenalls house though, it's still barred.
I have been lord of the stronghold keep, but I lost it due to taking to long when the stronghold was flooded. Gate is up, the guard won't say anything useful.
Is there anything I can do? Abuse the console for getting the quest-items that way?
I'd really like to have Nalia before progressing, but I get Imoen back in not too long, right? Going to swap her out with Imoen anyway, so dunno if it's worth the hassle, but help would be much appreciated
