[Not an Issue] No to hit roll information even when enabled in Gameplay -> Feedback

EDIT: Strike my below text... After i did a complete computer reboot everything suddenly went fine. :s
Nothing to see here folks, move along...

Im playing BG:EE 1.3 and I have switched "To hit rolls" on in Gameplay -> Feedback.

I expect to see actual information on my to-hit rolls in the info bar but it's not appearing, even after quitting/reloading. It used to work for me in 1.2.
