Revisiting mod, need a small amount of help on dialogue fires

I'm revisiting my Margarita Zelleod mod, and I wanted to finish the dialogues as well as their firing times, and some of them seem to never fire, even after trying to force them to. I was wondering if there was a way to just speed up the conversations she has with other NPCs. Any help would definitely be appreciated as this is the only real "bugginess" that this mod seems to have... unless if i've missed others, as this was actually my first mod.

Thanks for any help or criticisms that anyone has, all of it is useful :)

For anyone who is interested, the mod can be downloaded here: http://www.mediafire.com/?319iqtunuedckt5

@Xavioria‌ it might be a good idea to post a link to the thread for your mod so others can download it, or edit the old thread to contain the information for this thread, as they're both related to the mod.

You could put the banters on a timer to go off or you could use an area check statement to make the dialog go off. Like if you're in the Slums, the first banter for Mazzy goes off. Or if you are at Windspear, the second banter goes off for Mazzy. And so on.

@CoM_Solaufein‌ what would be a reasonable amount of minutes to set the timer for, do you think?

Sorry for double post but I also was wondering if there were somewhere i could go to get a decent portrait, considering that it's using a default one atm

I usually have it at 2000 or 2500.
