Can you recharge one of these and how?

    Sell it to a merchant and buy it back. No matter what though it can only hold a maximum of 10 charges.

    As long as it has one charge left, you can sell it a store and buy it back recharged.

    Edit: I suppose if you are going to be ninja'd, it might as well be by elminster...
