[DUPE 9585] Plots Purchases (iOS)

After the recent patch my purchases have disappeared. I am in the process of redownloading the game to make sure but the extra portraits, Neera, and Dorn have all disappeared.

    They're still tied to your account; just press "Buy" on the items you already purchased, enter your account information if it asks, and then it will tell you that you already own them.

    We're working on a way to improve that interface so it doesn't look like you're re-buying things, but you won't be charged again for the same items if you're logged in with the same iTunes account.
