When you tweak all of the correct 2da's, it is still not possible to select a nonillusionist gnomish mage.

Desired Behavior:

When you tweak all of the correct 2da's, you can select a nonillusionist gnomish mage.

You could do a lot of stuff with the xkeepers that was still externalized (eg elven necromancers). I'm asking for externalization.
