BG2 EE patch 1.3 feature request

TLDR: add tooltips for spells

I have a small feature request for the next patch. I have been playing BG for years and still can't remember what every spell does. So every time I want to cast a spell I have to go to the spellbook to check what a does. It would be very nice if you could instantly see what every spell does when you hover your mouse over it for like 2 sec.

    While you're at it, how about tossing in some sort of tribute to Gary Gygax somewhere. Without him we wouldn't even have these great games. I think it would be a nice gesture to acknowledge his contributions.

    You can do a right click on you spell and don't have to go in your spellbook.
