Rogue Rebalancing, Siding with Bodhi, Shadow Thieves unnaccessable

Hey, after siding with Bodhi in Rogue Re-balancing, I did all of her quests, on the last one, killed Gaelen, but I am unable to enter the building. I tried Consoling in, but everyone is non-hostile, and when I try to kill anything, Geth comes and ruins my day. I've spent a lot of time on this save and would REALLY like to not have to restart.

I've attached my save. Any help would be appreciated.

    Found a sorta-work-around. Edited Gath's .cre file and removed OP gear. Still have to console my way in though. Still looking to see what caused this in the first place...
