[Request] Multiplayer Enhancement -Arbitration

Hi all,
This is a request from over on the Reddit, I've decided to split it up rather than lumping it all together.
I think many of us are agreed that arbitration is a substantial annoyance. Everytime the game is loaded, all players need to select and 'click in' their characters. While this makes sense at the start of the session, it is submitted that it should not come back (when the game is reloaded) unless the hosts voluntarily brings it up.
