How many attacks per round for this character?

Let's say you have a high level multiclassed fighter/thief, specialized in scimitar, using Belm in one hand and the scarlet ninja to in the other?

TIA.

By high level if you mean fighter lvl 13+

He will have 1 base+1/2 from specialisation+1 from high lvl fighter+1 from belm+1 from off-hand for a total of 4,5 attacks\round. Add an improved haste and he will rock 9 attacks per round, almost like a greater whirlwind attack that lasts more than one round.

Scarlet Ninja-to also grants +1 APR, so you'd have 5 APR. It would be 5.5 APR, but it's capped at 5 (except for Improved Haste and Whirlwind).

Oh I forgot about that completely! Then yeah with an improved haste is guy will be constantly greater whirlwinding. Add critical hit HLA or better yet, assasinate and he will shred anything (not immune to his weapons) into pieces.

So you do get an additional attack from BOTH the scarlet ninja-to AND Belm?

    Neat.

Maybe a fighter 13 dualled to thief is better. :)

Something to note is that if you wield a +1 APR weapon in your off-hand, the extra attack will be applied to your main hand.
