Collect the book for Phlydia using Charname, then speak to Phlydia using the ferret(lawful neutral familiar). You'll recieve two Lynx Eye Gems, one appears in Charname's bag, the other is on the ferret...
Speak to the priest in Candlekeep using the ferret and you get 2 healing potions.
Speak to Mirianna in Beregost using the ferret and you get two Ring of Protections.
Speak to Brage using the familiar and take him back to Nashkel for 2 berserker swords.
