Have I accidentally bugged my character?

I changed my mind about what proficiencies i wanted while playing my Shadowdancer so used EEKeeper to change my Duel Wield and Scimitar wep profs to Q-Staff and Short Bow thinking that this isnt going to cause a prob and is just the same as restarting the chr but with those profs instead of my original 2.

I just hit lvl 4 with my Shadowdancer and have been given another proficiency point to allocate, ive already allocated the 2 you get at chr creation(above) so is this a bug ive accidentally created?
