Wild Surges Question

Odd question about wild surges...

So wild surges take caster level into account. If the Wild Mage is dual or multi-classed, do both class levels add to the wild surge roll? Or just the wild mage levels?

Also - does this bonus cap at level 20?

    Wild Mages can't dual or multi class.
    If you were to keeper/otherwise edit so they could, then it'd only take into account the WM levels.
    (In the same way as a Fighter5/Mage5 will only do 5d6 damage with a Fireball).
